CANCELLATION POLICY

1.       If the reservation is cancelled prior to receiving the “Balance of Account”, the Reservation/Security deposit is non-refundable.

2.       If the “Balance of Account” has been paid in full and written notice is received to cancel the reservation the Desert Vacation Rentals will make every attempt to re-rent the stated property.

3.       If the property is re-rented for the contracted period of time the deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded in full. The rent monies will be refunded, less a 20% bookkeeping fee. The refund will be prorated if the “re-rental” reservation is not inclusive of all dates of the original contract.

4.       Subleasing or assignment by Lessee is prohibited.

5.       If Desert Vacation Rentals or owner causes the property to become unavailable, Lessee agrees to either accept other accommodations or refund of deposit and rent monies paid.

Inventory: Lessee agrees to surrender to Lessor on the last day of the term of this agreement the premises with any furnishings, fixtures and equipment belonging to Lessor in as good condition as received, reasonable wear and tear accepted.

The undersigned releases Desert Vacation Rentals and its staff of any liability due to personal injury or theft of any personal items while this contract is in effect for the above named property.

If any legal action or arbitration or any other proceedings brought for enforcement of this agreement or because of alleged dispute, breach, default or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this agreement, the successful or prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees in addition to other relief to which they may be entitled.

Pets allowed only if designated in contract and pet deposit paid.

OCCUPANTS NOT TO EXCEED 2 PEOPLE PER BEDROOM

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS UPON ARRIVAL

 

1.                   Our Street Address is:

2.                   Key Delivery: Please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to make  arrangements for key delivery.

3.                    Please bring your copy of the rental agreement with you.  You will need it for access to gated communities and use of any amenities that may be available to you - tennis, gym, golf, etc.

4.                   Cleaning: If you would like to have a cleaning service during your stay, please contact us and will put you in touch with our regular cleaning service.  Price will depend on the amount of work you would like to have done.

5.                   Please Note: All units are NON-SMOKING, NO PETS (unless specified in contract and pet deposit paid) and maximum occupancy of TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM.  Any violation of these rules will result in forfeiting your security deposit.

6.                   We have provided an information binder in the condo with other pertinent information and information about local events and attractions.

6.                   Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.

7.                   Key Return: Please contact our office prior to departing to arrange for key return

8.                   Our cleaning service will clean the condo including the linens.  Please have dishes in the dishwasher and the condo orderly.  An additional charge will be deducted for any excessive cleaning beyond our “normal clean”.

9.                   Please double check for any personal belongings.

10.               Please turn heater or air conditioner OFF and lock all windows and doors.
