Annual Inspection and Inventory
We do an Annual Inspection and Inventory during the off-season of each property and make recommendations for such things as replenishing kitchen inventory, replacing carpet and furniture, painting or adding furnishings, supplies or amenities. We work with
you to maintain the standards which our guests have come to expect in their vacation rental properties.
Maintaining your property is a major focus in our partnership with you as it is one of the most important factors in having our guests return or referring their friends. We keep you informed about the condition and maintenance requirements of your property
and provide quick response 7 days a week to guest reported maintenance problems .
Guest Comment Cards
Each guest receives a comment card when we return their security deposit to them. The completed cards are compiled and reviewed and all suggestions and problems are quickly addressed. The use of guest comment cards is an important way for us to work with
